Please contact Customer Service, within 15 days for a return authorization number at which time the return address will be provided. We can not be responsible for any items returned without the RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of package. No refund or credit will be issued for freight, handling charge or items lost or damaged in transit, so consider shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and the ability to trace your shipment. We can not accept returns sent COD or freight collect. All Returns are subject to inspection for determination of marketability and may be subject to a 15% processing fee. All Items returned must be in their original packaging with all of the original contents intact. We can not accept for return electronics, equipment with electronic components, electrical Items, personal use items, products made for consumption or cut items.
We promise to make every effort to ship your order the same day we get it. This is contingent on stock status and carriers’ pick up schedules. We can not control time in transit, so if an item is urgent, please consider expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) for an additional fee.
Standard delivery is considered any form of shipment at our discretion and could include FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service.
